As an Estimator, Aaron Wells supports the preconstruction process by reviewing plans, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate cost estimates and proposals. This role works closely with suppliers, subcontractors, project managers, and clients to evaluate project scope, pricing, and feasibility. Aaron helps ensure that each opportunity is approached with accuracy, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of project requirements before work begins.
