Susanne Wells

As Lead Estimator, Susanne Wells oversees the estimating department and plays a key role in evaluating project opportunities for Contemporary Concepts. This role manages bid preparation, scope reviews, material and labor analysis, budgeting, and proposal development. Susanne works closely with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with project requirements before work ever reaches production.
